We hope you and your families are doing well and getting back to a somewhat more normal existence.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Rockville Centre Basketball League, we would like to invite you to become a sponsor for the upcoming season.
Two years ago RVCBL had over one thousand student-athletes registered to play – ranging from third graders to seniors in high school. Our program continues to grow at an accelerated rate. We are projecting that our upcoming season will draw strong numbers of boys and girls across all age groups.
Our goal is to provide a low-keyed, high-quality, supervised recreation experience to every student-athlete wishing to play basketball regardless of skill level. It has been a successful formula promoting sportsmanship, tolerance, team play, and self-improvement for over 60 years. The RVCBL is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that provides the boys and girls of our community with an opportunity to participate in a program that guarantees that they will play at least one-half of the game. There are no travel games, no inter-community championships, no MVP awards nor required commitments at the expense of other hobbies, activities, or scholastics. Our low-keyed atmosphere is well received by players and parents alike. Also, our low-cost player registration fee is designed to provide an affordable athletic venue for the boys and girls of our community.
For our league to continue to meet our growing registration needs, we need additional sponsors. Sponsorship helps defray the cost of league operations such as referee fees, equipment, and uniforms.
Your participation as a sponsor provides you with the following:
1. Recognition: your name appears on the players’ uniforms. Each team plays 15 to 20 games which are highly attended by parents, relatives, and friends.
2. We encourage parents to support our sponsors.
3. Each sponsor will have their website link on www.rvcbl.com in recognition of their support.
4. Sponsorship is just $250 per team, an inexpensive way in which to promote your business or organization.
